Palm Springs is a village in Palm Beach County, Florida, with a population of some 15,000 people. Chartered in 1957, the village has an area of 2.5 square miles, 700 acres of which were once a dairy farm, which barn still exist today.
Palm Springs is a family-oriented community with three public and on private schools within its boundaries. Half of the residents live in single family houses, the rest live in condos, townhomes, and apartments. Palm Springs is primarily residential in nature, and businesses, concentrated on Congress Avenue and Tenth Avenue North, include several shopping centers.
